At Florida Fresh Fish, we are committed to providing you with the freshest seafood and an exceptional customer experience. Please read our refund policy carefully:

  1. Freshness Guarantee

    • If you receive seafood that does not meet our quality standards, please notify us within 24 hours of pick up. Refunds or replacements will be provided upon verification.

  2. Eligibility for Refunds

    • To qualify for a refund, you must:

      • Provide a detailed explanation of the issue.

      • Include photographs of the product and its packaging or show us in person.

      • Retain the seafood in its original packaging until the issue is resolved.

  3. Non-Refundable Items

    • Refunds will not be provided for:

      • Products that were not stored properly after delivery.

      • Delays caused by incorrect information provided by the customer or incorrect information given to us upon purchase.

  4. Cancellation Policy

    • Orders can be canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time for a full refund. After this window, cancellations are not eligible for refunds.

  5. Refund Processing

    • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
