Freshness Guarantee

If you receive seafood that does not meet our quality standards, please notify us within 8 hours of pick up. Refunds or replacements will be provided upon verification.

Include photographs of the product and its packaging or show us in person.

Retain the seafood in its original packaging until the issue is resolved.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled up to 8 hours before the scheduled pick-up time for a full refund. After this window, cancellations are not eligible for refunds.
