At Florida Fresh Fish, we are committed to providing you with the freshest seafood and an exceptional customer experience. Please read our refund policy carefully:

  1. Freshness Guarantee

    • If you receive seafood that does not meet our quality standards, please notify us within 8 hours of pick up. Refunds or replacements will be provided upon verification.

  2. Eligibility for Refunds

    • To qualify for a refund, you must:

      • Provide a detailed explanation of the issue.

      • Include photographs of the product and its packaging or show us in person.

      • Retain the seafood in its original packaging until the issue is resolved.

  3. Non-Refundable Items

    • Refunds will not be provided for:

      • Products that were not stored properly after delivery.

      • Delays caused by incorrect information provided by the customer or incorrect information given to us upon purchase.

  4. Cancellation Policy

    • Orders can be canceled up to 8 hours before the scheduled pick-up time for a full refund. After this window, cancellations are not eligible for refunds.

  5. Refund Processing

    • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
